Gluten is the protein contained in all forms of wheat, rye, and barely.  This diet is recommended in the treatment of celiac disease and wheat allergy.

Sugar is produced by multiple chemical processing and removing most of the nutritional value.  Even if it's substituted for natural alternatives, sugar is still sugar.

 

Healthy Happy Me provides alternative to the baked good you crave for in gluten free and sugar alternative form.  They are tasty and better for you!  The flours used are a special blend of millet, sorghum, white rice, brown rice, tapioca, and potato starch.  Table sugar (or white refined sugar) is substituted with either Turbinado or agave nectar. 

You would never know you're not eating wheat or sugar!

  • Gluten Free Bread                               $8.00/loaf              Not limited to the following sample: Basic Sandwich, Hamburger (6), English Muffins (6), French-Italian.  Bread will be made the day of pick up.  It will be wrapped in plastic wrap & foil.  It can be stored up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freezer up to 3 weeks.  Left over bread makes great bread crumbs!   Sorry no shipment, local pick up or deliveries only at this time.  Add $5.00 for deliveries.
